We also use information to maintain business records, secure the site and systems, prevent fraud or misuse, respond to legal obligations, and improve site reliability. We do not use card photos, declared value, or website behavior to guarantee a grade, authenticate an item, set a value, or make a financial recommendation.

05

Payments, orders, and card media

Checkout and invoice payments are handled by the applicable payment provider. Apex Cards may retain payment status and provider reference identifiers needed to manage an order, but does not store full credit-card numbers, security codes, or bank credentials.

When you submit card photos, inspection media, or service documentation, we use those materials to evaluate and manage your request, document physical-card handling where applicable, and provide customer support. Card media is kept in access-controlled storage connected to the relevant order or inquiry. We do not use your images in marketing, social posts, or public before-and-after material without your separate permission.

06

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

The site may use essential browser storage or cookies to keep administrative sessions functioning and to preserve form progress on your device. If enabled, privacy-safe analytics events may measure page use, form progress, and completed requests without deliberately including your name, email address, card notes, or uploaded card images in the event label.

You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Disabling browser storage can affect saved draft behavior, owner authentication, and other site features.

07

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate services, complete transactions, maintain service and financial records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect our business. Retention periods may vary by record type, order status, and applicable requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure; please do not send unnecessary sensitive information through public channels.

08
