App Terms
Effective August 18, 2026. These terms apply to the photo-based iOS and Android app. Physical service terms remain available separately at Apex Cards Service Terms.
Purpose of Apex Cards Pro
Apex Cards Pro provides a photo-based visual condition estimate and evidence worksheet for collector decision support. It is not an official grade, authentication, appraisal, guarantee of value, or prediction of a third-party grading outcome.
Your photo submission
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit each image and that your submission does not violate another party’s rights. You retain ownership of your original photos.
Estimate limitations
A photo-based estimate is limited by the visible evidence and image quality. The app may withhold a measurement or request a retake when the evidence cannot support a reliable result. You remain responsible for inspecting cards and exercising your own judgment before grading, buying, selling, insuring, or submitting.
Separate physical services
The app does not clean, alter, authenticate, or physically handle cards. Any physical Apex Cards service requires separate review, service authorization, and applicable terms.
Availability
Apex Cards Pro is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Device support, price, feature availability, and store availability may change through the published listing for your platform.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the app, probe its systems, submit harmful content, or use the estimates as a representation that a card has been officially graded, authenticated, or appraised.
