App Privacy Policy
Effective August 18, 2026. This policy describes the mobile app data practices only; physical-service information is governed by the Apex Cards service privacy policy.
Scope
This policy applies to Apex Cards Pro Card Scanner, the mobile photo-based card inspection and decision-support app. It is separate from the Apex Cards physical-service privacy policy.
Information you provide
The app is designed around one Front photo and one Back photo that you choose to scan. Apex Cards Pro is marketed as local-first across its published mobile-store listings.
Photo processing and storage
Card images, scan history, and saved inspection reports are designed to remain in local app storage. The app is designed not to upload card images for analysis according to its published privacy disclosures.
Use of information
Apex Cards Pro uses your local scans to provide the inspection, evidence, history, PDF report, and export features you request on your device.
Your controls
You can delete local app data from Settings and remove the app from your device. For privacy questions, contact apexcardsmint@gmail.com.
No sale of personal information
Apex Cards Pro does not sell scanned card images or local scan records as a product. Refer to the data-practice details in the store listing for your platform.
Updates
We may update this policy when the app or data practices change. The current version will be available at this URL before a material change takes effect.
