Slab exterior care focuses on the plastic holder—not the card inside. Apex can review exterior haze, scuffs, sticker residue, presentation imaging, crack-out considerations, and reholder options. Apex does not alter the card, grading-company label, seal, hologram, certification mark, or tamper-evident feature.
This lane is designed for holder presentation. The card remains inside the holder unless a separately approved crack-out service is requested.
Slab exterior care does not change a card’s numerical grade, authenticate a card, modify a certification, or guarantee a reholder outcome.
Crack-outs are customer-authorized, carry inherent handling risk, and are never represented as damage-free or grading-safe. A crossover or reholder recommendation may be a better option depending on the objective.
